From Evaluation to Implementation: Leveraging Pathway2Careers Curriculum to Maximize Student Learning

Dr. Kate Ariemma Marin is an Assistant Professor of Mathematics Education at the University of Louisville. Dr. Marin has ten years of experience as a teacher and curriculum coordinator in elementary and middle school mathematics. She began her career in higher education in 2015 at Stonehill College in Easton, MA and joined the faculty at the University of Louisville in July 2021. She teaches mathematics education courses and supports the development of pre-service and in-service teachers. Her research explores teachers’ development of noticing skills, Mathematical Knowledge for Teaching, and generational differences in students and teachers.
