Dr. Jamisa Williams serves as the Executive Director of Early College and Leadership Initiatives. As a public-school educator, Jamisa has spent nearly 20 years in education. She began as a teacher and found a love for educational innovation which lead her to working as an Early College principal for over 7 years. Jamisa has a heart for turning edge curriculum and equitable pathways of service for educating children. Jamisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy from the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill), a Masters in School Leadership from Grand Canyon University, an Educational Specialist and Doctor of Education degrees from the University of North Carolina (Greensboro).
