As Director of Strategic Initiatives for NS4ed, Jennifer (“J.J.”) Huff is enthusiastic about building and strengthening relationships with others who care deeply about students’ academic success and social-emotional well-being. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a Master of Arts focused in Curriculum and Instruction. She also has completed K-12 Administrative Credential for Arizona, Arkansas, California, District of Columbia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Rhode Island, and Tennessee.
J.J. is an “award-winning K-12 leader” who shares a wealth of experience and has served in numerous roles from teaching at Orleans Parish Public Schools in New Orleans, Louisiana and in a variety of school and district leadership roles in Baltimore, Maryland; later, in Washington, D.C., with the District of Columbia Public Schools; and California. J.J.’s experiences were recognized as she has received numerous accolades, including the Heinemann-Raintree Presidential Award for innovation in K-12 services.
J.J. has also held Chief of Staff and Chief Academic Officer education sector positions. Most recently, J.J. has been consulting for multiple charter organizations and public-school districts in support of academic achievement, compliance, school leadership support, and strategy.
With a deep understanding of the complexities in the education sector, J.J. works collaboratively in support of academic achievement, compliance, school leadership support, and strategic planning.
