Jennifer “J.J.” Huff, MA

Director of Strategic Initiatives

As Director of Strategic Initiatives for NS4ed, Jennifer (“J.J.”) Huff is enthusiastic about building and strengthening relationships with others who care deeply about students’ academic success and social-emotional well-being. JJ directs NS4ed’s Marketing Team and manages the team’s projects. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a Master of Arts focused on Curriculum and Instruction. She also has completed K-12 Administrative Credential for Arizona, Arkansas, California, the District of Columbia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Rhode Island, and Tennessee.

J.J. is an “award-winning K-12 leader” who shares a wealth of experience and has served in numerous roles from teaching at Orleans Parish Public Schools in New Orleans, Louisiana, and in a variety of school and district leadership roles in Baltimore, Maryland; later, in Washington, D.C., with the District of Columbia Public Schools; and California. J.J.’s experiences were recognized as she has received numerous accolades, including the Heinemann-Raintree Presidential Award for innovation in K-12 services.

J.J. has also held Chief of Staff and Chief Academic Officer education sector positions. Most recently, J.J. has been consulting for multiple charter organizations and public school districts in support of academic achievement, compliance, school leadership support, and strategy.

With a deep understanding of the complexities in the education sector, J.J. works collaboratively in support of academic achievement, compliance, school leadership support, and strategic planning.
